Who we are

The Durham Centre for Education started as a husband and wife partnership in 1990.

	Steve Stephens is a specialist teacher in literacy and dyslexia. He started teaching in 1974 and has taught in primary, secondary and special schools.
	Lorraine Stephens has taught in both primary and secondary schools. She has run after school maths and English courses for 9 years.
